Surprising Benefits Of Fingerplay in Kids Development

Fingerplay not only entertains the kids but also plays an important role in kids' development. Introduce fingerplay songs to preschoolers as it helps them in developing language and listening skills, enhancing motor skills and improving social skills. Festive holidays are around the corner! So, it's time for all of us to enjoy a lot of festive activities with family and friends. Our darling Baby Hazel also enjoyed the festival celebration in her own way, which was amazing and full of surprises. Let's peep into Hazel's festive celebration, which begins with Harvest festival, followed by Halloween Day, Thanksgiving Day and finally the Christmas Day celebration.

Decorating A Christmas Tree

Christmas is around the corner! It's time to gear up for festive preparation and activities. Be young or old, the most joyful festive activity among all is decorating a Christmas Tree. So go shopping and pick the most beautiful Christmas tree ornaments and decorate the tree along with your friends and family.  Candy canes, garland, baubles bells, stockings, gifts, silver string, star etc., there are plenty of  decoration items to beautify the tree! 

Christmas tree is a beautifully decorated tree, most commonly an evergreen conifer such as pine, spruce and sometimes an artificial tree. It is associated with the most awaited festival, Christmas. The tree has been also known as the “Yule-tree”. It was traditionally decorated with apples, nuts and other edibles. But later in the 18th century, people started using candles to illuminate the tree and further these candles were replaced by Christmas lights.  

In the modern world, trees are decorated with various ornaments such as baubles, garlands, tinsel, candy canes, stockings and many more. Some people also tie edibles items such as Gingerbread, chocolate and other sweets to the tree's branches with ribbons. Handcrafted Xmas ornaments and  baubles are also gaining popularity and are used for the tree decoration. At the top of tree, an angel or star is placed, which represents the archangel Gabriel or the Star of Bethlehem from the Nativity.

Apart from festive fun, how about watching a Christmas day story? So, sit near the fireplace, sip a cup of hot chocolate and watch a beautiful story of Baby Hazel and friends, Baby Hazel Christmas Surprise


Baby Hazel Christmas Surprise is an interesting animated Christmas day story about Baby Hazel and friends, along with Santa Claus finding the lost Christmas gift in freezing North Pole, which is full of surprises. In this joyful journey of hunting Hazel's lost Christmas gift, Baby Hazel, Santa Claus and Hazel's friends, Mia, Jake and Kenny overcomes various obstacles.


On the Christmas Eve, adorable Baby Hazel and friends are excited to send their wish list to Santa, so that they can get Christmas gift of their choice. All the kids head to playground and tie their wish list to a parachute balloon and let it fly to the North Pole. 


On Christmas Day, Santa Claus riding on his sleigh visits Baby Hazel's house and gives the gift to all the children. Oh no! Sack is empty and there was no gift for Baby Hazel. This makes Hazel sad. Santa tries to recall, where is Hazel's gift? Finally, he realizes that he has accidentally dropped the gift somewhere in the North Pole. 

So, Santa along with Baby Hazel and friends hop on Santa's sleigh to reach North Pole and find the gift. Oh my! But the North Pole is completely covered with snow and it's really tough to find the gift here. Now how will they find the gift as it is a bit challenging for Santa Claus and kids to find the gift in snow-clad North Pole.
